A 300 roomed family resort hotel seeks an experienced hotel Executive Housekeeper meeting the following requirements:- A Hospitality degree or diploma minimum of 3 years prior work experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a four or five star 250+ room Hotel/Resort Experience in Africa a pre-requisite Used to working with and managing large multi-cultural teams with a willingness to develop team members Good business acumen and used to dealing with budgets and financial controls Fluency in English and a great communicator across all mediums Good organizational skills and the ability to think on their feet Fluent MS Office skills and excellent knowledge of Opera PMS Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations Applicants who do not have the specific experience list above, will not be contacted or corresponded with.
