Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Technical qualification in Maintenance or Engineering.
• Proven 2-10 years experience in facility maintenance supervision.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.

Duties and responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring the facility remains in excellent condition.

• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and completion.
• Inspect facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for issues.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and maintain accurate records.
