Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Technical qualification in Maintenance or Engineering.
- Proven 2-10 years experience in facility maintenance supervision.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

- Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies.
Duties and responsibilities:
This role involves overseeing maintenance staff and ensuring the facility remains in excellent condition.
- Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and completion.
- Inspect facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, for issues.
- Coordinate external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and maintain accurate records.
