Casino Staff Accommodation We are looking for F&B SUPERVISOR to join an amazing project coming to the UAE. First ever casino will be opening its doors in 2026. Currently, we are recruiting teams for the staff accommodation. Position: Supervisor – Staff Accommodation Dining Service Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (110km north of Dubai) Availability: July 2026 Interview Mode: Online interviews scheduled for February 2026 Key Skills Supervising daily dining operations in staff accommodation Coordinating buffet and à la carte service setups Leading multicultural teams with respect and professionalism Staff coaching, mentoring, and training delivery HACCP and food safety compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English; additional languages an advantage Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Responsibilities Oversee daily dining operations to consistently deliver high-quality meals and service experiences Identify and address staff dining preferences and expectations Respond promptly to staff feedback and concerns, ensuring resolution aligns with standards Maintain open, respectful communication with staff, management, and contractors Foster positive relationships among dining team members, encouraging collaboration and team spirit Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to align the team on service goals and priorities Supervise staff appearance and behavior, ensuring grooming and etiquette standards are met Observe service delivery and correct deviations through coaching and mentoring Organize and support training sessions and refresher courses in collaboration with trainers Champion a safe, inclusive, and appreciative environment for dining team members Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in dining operations, preferably in staff accommodation or hospitality Proven ability to lead and motivate multicultural teams in fast-paced environments Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog are a plus Familiarity with HACCP, food safety regulations, and workplace health standards Strong knowledge of dining service procedures, buffet setups, and staff meal planning Comfortable using POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools Salary Package Basic salary AED 4000 Additional bonus Accommodation All meals Medical insurance Annual paid leave Visa Flights To apply for F&B Supervisor | Ras Al Khaimah – UAE | Casino Staff Accommodation, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
