About the Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join our ApartHotel in Sea Point, Cape Town. As a dynamic and service-driven individual, you will elevate the guest experience through exceptional food and beverage operations, working closely with the General Manager to maintain guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff management
- Training and development of team members
- Scheduling shifts and organizing staff rosters
- Stock control and inventory management
- Ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships
- Menu planning in collaboration with the kitchen team
- Cost control and budget management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Proactive and solution-driven approach to daily challenges
