About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati for an experienced and guest-focused FOH Anchor. This role is suited to a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end lodge environment and plays a key role in ensuring seamless front-of-house operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the main point of contact for guests during their stay
- Overseeing daily front-of-house operations
- Coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and activities
- Ensuring service standards are consistently maintained
- Liaising with guiding, housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams
- Handling guest requests, queries, and complaints professionally
- Supporting and mentoring junior FOH staff
Requirements
Previous experience in a front-of-house or guest relations role within a luxury safari lodge or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability. Confident, professional, and well-presented. Ability to work under pressure in a remote setting.

Negotiable salary depending on experience. Live-in position
