Front of House Anchor Luxury Lodge | Kruger National Park Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and dedicated Front of House Anchor to join a luxury lodge in the Kruger National Park. Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in luxury hospitality (5-star lodges or hotels) Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and people management abilities Strong background in food & beverage, with attention to detail and dietary knowledge Financial and administrative competency, including stock and budget management Computer literate and comfortable with hospitality software Passion for conservation, sustainability, and exceptional service delivery Valid drivers licence and right to work in South Africa Responsibilities: Serve as the primary face of the lodge, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain high standards Work closely with lodge management to ensure seamless, world-class guest experiences Oversee front desk, guest services, and housekeeping coordination Manage stock control, budgets, and administrative tasks Champion the lodges conservation message while enhancing guest engagement Support operations across departments, ensuring smooth and efficient lodge functioning Package: Salary: R20,000 per month DOE Live-in accommodation provided Work in a stunning five-star lodge within the Kruger National Park Unique opportunity to combine luxury hospitality with the safari experience To Apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to high application volumes, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
