Summary of Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar front of house management role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment Strong administrative and organisational skills Experience with Tall Order and Benson PMS advantageous Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Valid drivers licence and own transport essential Committed; professional, and guest-oriented approach Ability to manage all front of house operations including check-ins, guest billing, and administration Oversee stock control and ordering processes Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction Support management team with reporting and daily lodge coordination ? Salary: R15,000 R16,000 (Negotiable DOE) | Live-In Live-in accommodation (basic, furnished, private unit) R3;200 monthly meal allowance 50% Medical Aid contribution after successful 3-month probation ?
