? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting a Luxury Boutique Hotel in the KZN Midlands to recruit an energetic ????? ?????? ??? ????????????
This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a highly regarded hospitality team at one of the Midlands most exclusive destinations. While you will support the front office with guest-facing duties, the core focus will be on managing and processing reservations accurately and efficiently.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication, precise data management, and excellent guest service from the first enquiry through to check-out. By taking ownership of day-to-day reservations, you will relieve pressure on the management team (particularly the Front Office Manager) and contribute to the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
Manage hotel and self-catering reservations via phone, email, OTA platforms, and direct bookings.
Accurately process confirmations, amendments, and cancellations while ensuring all guest data is correctly captured.
Liaise with guests to provide pre-arrival support, handle special requests, and coordinate itineraries.
Support front office operations including guest check-in/check-out, concierge services, and general administration.
Work closely with the Front Office Manager and management team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Provide reception cover when required.
Skills & Attributes
Previous experience in hospitality reservations and/or front office roles.
Familiarity with Opera or similar booking/reservation systems.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Guest-focused, personable, and professional demeanour.
Package R9,000 – R13,000 (Depending on experience).
