About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced couple to join our team as Full Trails & Lodge Administrator. As administrators, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high levels of administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- All payment requests and creditors management
- Payroll administration
- Petty cash management
- Vehicle administration
- Handling staff issues
- Updating of staff files
- Hosting duties
- Relief of staff duties on cycle leave
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A formal qualification (advantageous)
- At least 4 years experience in hospitality in an administrative role
- Bush lodge experience preferred
- 5* hospitality experience ideal
- Strong admin skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of XERO and Res Request (experience not essential, but knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system is advantageous)
