Job Summary
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering GCC Mines and Works, minimum 8 years of experience in mining & mineral processing Key
Responsibilities:
GCC (mines and works) Hold the legal appointment in terms of Section 2.13.1 of the MHSA, taking responsibility for the safety and legality of all electrical work on site. Ensure that all electrical installations, modifications, and maintenance work comply with MHSA regulations, national standards, and company safety policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment for the project. Ensure that electrical designs and installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and operational requirements. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into the overall project design. Manage and supervise electrical contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of electrical works
