??? ??????????? ??????????? are currently in search of an experienced ????? ??????? ?????????? ?????? to manage the operations of a 5-star lodge in Botswana This is an exciting role suited to a highly accomplished hospitality Management Couple with a proven track record in managing remote, high-end safari lodges and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. This position requires a dynamic, hands-on leader with a minimum of 10 years senior management experience within luxury safari lodges or comparable remote hospitality environments across Southern Africa. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience working with discerning international clientele, delivering highly personalised, world-class service that consistently exceeds expectations. A tertiary qualification in hospitality, strong longevity in previous roles, and a deep understanding of African safari lodge operations are essential. If you are ready to take on an exciting leadership role in Botswana, we would love to hear from you. Requirements Each candidate must have a minimum of 10 years senior management experience as a General Manager within luxury safari lodges or comparable remote hospitality environments, with exposure across Southern Africa. Proven experience managing and engaging with high-end international clientele, with a strong ability to deliver personalized luxury experiences that meet international standards and expectations. Proficiency in procurement, inventory and stock management Demonstrated financial management capability, including full budget ownership, cost control, forecasting, and reporting in line with head office standards. Exceptional guest services skills with a passion for delivering personalized experiences. Proven ability to establish, implement, and manage robust standard operating procedures in complex, remote operational settings. Extensive experience managing remote camps, requiring a high degree of self-sufficiency, resilience, and adaptability. Tertiary qualification in the Hospitality Industry.
