General Manager Luxury Bush Lodge | Okavango Delta Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a prestigious luxury bush lodge in the Okavango Delta. This live-in role offers an excellent package and the opportunity to manage a premium safari lodge in one of Africas most iconic destinations. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior management role within luxury hospitality or lodge operations Strong leadership, organisational, and operational management skills Ability to oversee multiple departments and maintain high standards of service Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable living and working in a remote bush environment Professional, motivated, and guest-focused approach Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all lodge operations, including Front of House, Guides, Housekeeping, and F&B Ensure exceptional guest experiences and uphold the lodges luxury standards Oversee HR, staff training, performance management, and recruitment Monitor budgets, operational expenses, and financial reporting Develop and maintain relationships with guests, agents, and key stakeholders Implement and maintain health, safety, and operational compliance Lead sustainability initiatives and ensure minimal environmental impact Resolve operational issues proactively and maintain smooth day-to-day running Package: Salary: BP 50,000 BP 70,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience) Live-in accommodation (en-suite, kitchen, lounge, dining area) Visa, medical cover, and flights included No children or pets permitted To apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
