About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Group CFO to join a prestigious five star hotel operation in Kenya. As a seasoned hospitality finance professional, you will thrive in a fast paced, multi property environment and steer financial performance at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial performance across multiple properties
- Lead financial planning and analysis for group operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CFO or Group Financial Controller within the hospitality sector
- Strong leadership abilities and confidence guiding multi property finance teams
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem solving skills
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practice
- A track record of boosting financial performance and strengthening controls
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury hotels (optional)
Salary & Benefits
$150,000 – $200,000 per annum based on experience.
