This is a live-in position with a salary of R35,000 R40,000 per month ; negotiable depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all culinary operations across three restaurants and a food truck. Develop menus that reflect creativity, seasonality, and high culinary standards. Supervise; train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent delivery and professional development. Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in all kitchen areas. Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently. Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and culinary initiatives. Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining quality and cost control. Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a multi-outlet or high-volume environment. Formal culinary qualifications from a recognised institution. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
