ProStaffSelect are in search of an experienced HEAD CHEF who has worked in top premier grill houses and fast-paced kitchens to take on this enjoyable position of overseeing multiple kitchen operations. REQUIREMENTS : At least 5 – 8 years experience as a SENIOR CHEF in a similar managerial role and work environment. Proven work methods and systems to drive efficiency, cleanliness, kitchen planning & organisation. Sound working knowledge of Point of Sale Programmes for Front of House & Back of House Controls. Excellent computer and admin skills. Natural tendency for training and developing others. A team focused individual with effective communication & delegation skills. Exceptional personal hygiene, overall presentation and a positive disposition. Valid Drivers License to facilitate daily travelling between outlets
