About the Role
We are seeking a professional Guest Relations & Front Office professional to manage Guest Relations and Front Office at an intimate bush camp in Greater Kruger. The ideal candidate will provide personalised service, attention to detail, and create memorable guest experiences from first contact to post-departure follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Guest Relations and Front Office operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Process bookings, payments, and other front office duties
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months lodge or hotel experience
- Strong admin, email, and computer skills
- Fluent English (additional languages beneficial)
- Valid drivers licence
- Well-presented, organised, and confident with guests

- Completed Matric
