About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef/Kitchen Manager to join our Casual dining Members Club in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing full control of kitchen quality, hygiene, training, stocks, and service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full control of kitchen quality and hygiene standards
- Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff
- Manage kitchen stocks and inventory
- Ensure seamless service delivery to members
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food safety protocols
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field

- Formal education in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (e.g. Diploma, Degree)
