About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our team in George. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer inquiries
- Support sales activities and help achieve store targets
- Handle merchandising and ensure the store is well-presented
- Assist with stock control, receiving, and inventory management
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 12 years experience in a similar retail role
- Strong leadership potential
- Good understanding of the retail environment
- Hardworking, reliable, and results-driven
- Proactive with a “go-getter” attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including every second Saturday
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems and MS Office advantageous)
