Inbound Tour operator with offices in JHB and Cape Town
Job Description
Luxury Tour Operator is looking for a candidate with experience in inbound consulting to permanently handle their afterhours/emergency department.
This role will not require you to handle consulting but instead you will be responsible for handling any issues that may arise when the client is due to or currently traveling.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to move away from the pressure of consulting.
Hours will include evenings and weekends and will be rostered as needed.
Tourplan is essential.
Qualifications
Travel diploma or relevant qualifications.
Skills
Must have had experience within an inbound tour operator ideally having done FIT consulting in the past.
Knowledge of Southern Africa, East Africa beneficial.
This is a purely remote position so you must be fully set up to work from home.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies for clients.
Salary / Package
Negotiable depending on experience
