Job Summary

What Youll Do As an Internal Recruiter, youll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions while also playing a leadership role in overseeing the junior recruiter within the team. Source talent by navigating job portals, writing and uploading job ads, and managing our internal database (Placement Partner). Screen CVs, conduct candidate calls, and run Zoom interviews to assess fit. Coordinate interviews with senior management through MS Outlook. Run reference checks, arrange biometric background checks, and ensure payroll/banking details are processed for new hires. Partner closely with management and HR on urgent/new job specs. Maintain accurate admin, KPI tracking, and database management. Stay ahead of market and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies. Oversee the junior internal recruiter set and review KPIs, provide training and mentorship, and ensure recruitment best practices are followed. A degree in Human Resources or Psychology (Industrial/Organisational specialisation preferred). Confidence in building relationships and engaging with people at all levels. Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication. Solid administration and time management skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new or challenging situations. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows. A tenacious, goal-driven personality. Previous team oversight, training, or KPI management experience will be highly regarded
