Luxury 5* Game Reserve based in the Kalahari; Northern Cape is looking for an IT I Hardware & Network Specialist. We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager with strong hardware and network management experience to lead and future-proof the technology ecosystem ; while actively contributing to operational efficiency and profitability. Duties: Full network infrastructure across camps and operational sites Satellite connectivity & remote network optimisation Hardware lifecycle management and procurement strategy POS systems, PMS platforms, and integrated hospitality systems Cybersecurity and data protection Guest Wi-Fi experience in a remote environment Improve system efficiency to reduce downtime costs Optimise tech spend through strategic planning Enhance online guest experience pre-, during, and post-stay Support revenue management and business intelligence systems Curate an effortless digital journey for guests from booking to departure. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields. 57+ years experience in IT-related roles, systems administrator, network engineer, or IT Manager Hospitality lodge or reserve experience will be an advantage Strong hardware troubleshooting and infrastructure experience Advanced network management skills Experience in hospitality or multi-site environments (advantageous) Budget control and cost optimisation mindset Ability to align IT strategy with profitability goals Calm; solutions-driven leadership On offer: R45K (Neg) DOE Live-in position based on the game reserve Free Water & Electricity Free clinic with primary health care Doctor, Dentist and Optometrist Medical Aid is 50% company contribution Pension is 50% company contribution Free Uniform Winter and Summer Free Flights to JHB and CT dependant on an availability A dynamic leadership role in a vibrant and unique environment.
