About the Role
The Project Manager plays a key leadership role in planning, coordinating, and executing client-facing technical projects across Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS). This position is responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and ITS standards. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for a variety of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, and cloud solutions.
- Create and manage project schedules, task assignments, budgets, and communications using internal tools and templates.
- Monitor and drive progress on key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience leading technical project deployments in an MSP, IT services, or equivalent fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scope and complexity.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft 365), and deployment lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Moovila, ConnectWise Manage, or equivalent platforms.
Salary & Benefits
Pay rate starts at $12.00/hr and may vary by experience and location. Job Requirements
A home office set up that meets the following:
- Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following: Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or macOS 12 or newer.
- Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and upload speeds.
- Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.
- Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.
- Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.
