The Head chef must have good leadership skills and be creative. Responsibilities include : Overseeing staff Assisting with menu development and costings Stock controls Stock takes Admin Rosters Qualifications Relevant Cookery diploma. Skills 2-3 years experience in similar role within contemporary/modern style restaurant. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Serving min 80 pax per sitting. Accustomed to restaurant hours. Knowledge and experience of Asian cuisine will be beneficial. Benefits N/A
