About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Designer/Design Consultant to join our team at Dante Personnel in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales and design division, you will be responsible for managing customer quotations, contracts, payments, and orders while driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer quotations, contracts, payments, and orders
  • Achieve sales and margin targets
  • Design and finalise kitchen layouts for clients
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular feedback
  • Resolve project-related queries and challenges professionally
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and design innovations
  • Ensure high standards of quality and service delivery

Requirements

  • Computer literacy is essential
  • Previous sales and/or project management experience
  • Experience within the kitchen, cabinetry, manufacturing, or interior industry will be advantageous
  • Qualifications in Sales and/or Interior Design will be beneficial
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Target-driven and highly organised

Salary & Benefits

R8 000 – R10 000 basic salary + commission structure
