About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Administrator to join our client’s luxury safari camp in Greater Phalaborwa, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all lodge administrative functions and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Full oversight of all lodge administrative functions
- Reservations management, guest correspondence, check-ins and check-outs
- Stock control, ordering and supplier liaison
- Staff coordination including duty rosters and leave management
- Basic financial administration and liaison with external accounts team
- Spa and wellness scheduling in coordination with the in-house therapist/assistant
- Maintaining operational standards aligned with a high-end guest experience
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ lodge administration experience in a similar luxury environment
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and lodge/property management systems
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge (support role to an external accounts company)
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
