About the Role

G-Core Capital is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor (Manufacturing) to oversee the daily operations of our logistics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain and logistics operations, while also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for customers, vendors and other stakeholders
• Optimise the movement of goods through the supply chain, manage inventory levels, order fulfilment and customer service
• Supervise employees, monitor performance and handle any issues or escalations that may arise
• Oversee the daily operations of the logistics department
• Ensure stock movements are recorded accurately
• Plan and coordinate logistics processes in order to maximise efficiency
• Actively participate in maintaining ISO certification
• Monthly Reporting of logistics metrics and updating of various documents
• Maintain customer KPI reporting
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement
• Monitor adherence to production requirements
• Implements standards, procedures and processes to meet the required logistics standards

Requirements

Relevant Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or relevant bachelor’s degree in quality, Manufacturing, Engineering and related fields (ideal)

Formal education/certifications: Quality certification ISO 9001. ISO14001, ITAF 16949
