Job Duties:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of a hospitality establishment in Zambia
• Coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Monitor and manage financial aspects of the business
• Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
• Work closely with the team to create a positive working culture

Required Qualifications:
