Job Summary
The core purpose of this role is to drive sustainable member growth, retention, and satisfaction within the medical scheme industry by enhancing engagement strategies, optimising onboarding and benefit utilisation, and leveraging data-driven insights. The role collaborates across functions to deliver a seamless, value-rich healthcare experience that supports both member needs and business objectives.
Requirements
Grade 12, with a three-year tertiary FAIS-compliant diploma or degree
RE5
Class of Business Training
Five to eight years of relevant experience in customer success, growth management, or member relations within the medical scheme, healthcare, or insurance industry
A valid driver’s license and own transport
Key Competencies
Able to perform well under pressure
Good interpersonal relations

Strong analytical and statistical skills
Good problem-solving skills
