About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven MICE Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at HotelJobs in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving annual budgeted targets, negotiating contracts, building valuable client relationships, and collaborating with all hotel departments to execute events.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual budgeted targets through effective prospecting, securing, and managing Corporate Group Business
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners
- Build and maintain valuable client relationships

- Drive revenues by identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
- At least 5 – 8 years experience in MICE Sales, Corporate Sales or Hospitality Management
- Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, hospitality or related field
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Hospitality Reservations & Booking Systems
