About the Role
We are a growing business operating within the automotive sector, delivering high-volume, transaction-driven services. Our growth is driven by consistent inbound demand, strong digital performance, and a trusted market presence. Marketing plays a central role in both revenue generation and brand credibility. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can lead measurable growth through data-driven marketing, while also maintaining and strengthening brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the performance marketing strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor and improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on marketing spend
- Work on brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across channels
- Oversee website performance, user journey, and conversion optimisation
- Implement and refine SEO and local search strategies to grow organic demand
- Ensure effective lead flow into CRM systems and strong collaboration with sales
- Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance, using insights to guide decisions
- Manage marketing budgets and agency or supplier relationships where applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media and analytics
- Understanding of brand fundamentals and how branding supports performance
- Experience managing full-funnel marketing activity
- Analytical, results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to balance short-term performance goals with longer-term brand impact
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
