REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• 8+ years mining operations experience with strong underground mining background
• Experience working at supervisor/frontline leader level or directly supporting these roles
• Hands-on experience implementing shopfloor management systems
• Practical knowledge of safety coaching methodologies
• Experience with contractor operations or working in outsourced operating models
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders
• Fit for site medical and fitness required.

 Highly Desirable:

• Experience in African mining environments
• Background in copper mining operations
• Previous work with mining contractors or Business Partner models
• Certification in frontline leadership development programmes
• Experience with transformation approaches

 Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mining, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
• Mine Supervisor certification or equivalent
• Safety coaching or leadership development certification

CONTRACT & PACKAGE DETAILS

Location: Zambia
Project Duration: 6 Months (Jan – Jun 2026)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Remuneration:
