Minimum requirements: Provide written and verbal translations (English Portuguese) Handle general administration, including BBBEE-related tasks Draft and manage professional emails Locate, organise, and manage documents as required Assist with quotations and costing Prepare and maintain schedules and reports Provide support on MS Excel and MS Word Process information and assist with SAGE when needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and SAGE Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Fluency in Portuguese is essential Consultant: Debbie Watkyns – Dante Personnel Cape Town
