About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead with strong technical knowledge of CargoWise to drive operational performance and system discipline in a busy freight forwarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day freight forwarding operations across sea and air freight
  • Act as a technical lead for CargoWise usage and compliance
  • Ensure consistent application of operational processes and SOPs
  • Support and coach operational staff on system usage and workflow accuracy
  • Oversee shipment processing, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor data quality, operational performance, and reporting outputs
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong operational leadership experience in freight forwarding
  • Advanced, hands-on knowledge of CargoWise (essential)
  • Solid understanding of import/export processes and customs workflows
  • Proven ability to lead teams in demanding operational environments
  • Detail-focused with strong problem-solving and communication skills
