Operations Manager Luxury Private Island | Madagascar Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a luxury private island in Madagascar. This live-in role offers the opportunity to oversee front-of-house operations, mentor teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in a prestigious and exclusive property. Requirements: Previous experience in a senior front-of-house or operations role within a luxury lodge, resort, or private island environment Strong leadership and team mentoring skills Exceptional guest relations and communication abilities Proven track record in delivering 5-star service in high-end hospitality settings Flexible, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to remote island living Sound understanding of operational logistics, stock control, and financial management Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and guest satisfaction Maintain and enhance service standards across all departments to deliver a seamless luxury experience Personally host guests, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Mentor and provide guidance to teams, fostering a culture of service excellence Support the General Manager with operational decision-making and strategic planning Monitor and improve guest feedback systems to maintain consistent quality delivery Liaise with department heads to ensure cohesive and effective communication Oversee stock control, logistics, and cost management to maintain operational efficiency Package: Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Accommodation: Live-in provided Meals, Wi-Fi, laundry service, and medical cover included Two flights per annum To apply for the Operations Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
