Parts Manager Report to: General Manager Seniority Level: Management Location: Port Sudan Type: Permanent (Year on year fixed term contract) Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising the parts department, managing inventory, and assisting with customer service. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing effective strategies that promote customer acquisition and retention for all brands. Preparing budget actions for the next financial sales in line with management guidelines. Coordinating parts department operations to achieve sales targets. Developing effective customer networks and monitoring sales performance. Monitoring stock movements and coordinating stock take activities. Implementing operational guidelines and ensuring compliance and minimal risks exposure. Supervising parts store arrangement and cleanliness for efficiency. Running system orders and managing credit accounts for sales revenues. Updating sales reports, customer databases, and visual control boards.
