Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION To provide a professional meet and greet service to visitors to the Head Office and to answer the telephone and direct calls accordingly. To provide administrative support with deliveries, mail, physical access control, boardroom booking and ad hoc administrative services. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum qualification and experience: Matric or equivalent (NQF 4). Two to three years experience as Receptionist or Switchboard Operator. Required knowledge and Behavioral (include but not limited to): Basic MS Office Suite proficiency. Attention to detail. Accuracy. Customer focused. Professional. Reliable.
