Role overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Resourcer / Researcher to support our recruitment team by identifying, researching, and engaging high-quality candidates. This role plays a critical part in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from first contact onward.
Responsibilities include:
Research and identify suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Using internal systems as well as Sourcewhale, LinkedIN recruiter, Zoom info, Lusha to identify and build projects and talent pools of recruiters in the various markets that LHi operate in.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Map target companies, markets, and skill sets as required.
Provide insight and information in all core markets.
Make initial outreach to candidates via email, LinkedIn, or phone
Screen candidates to assess suitability, availability, and interest
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Work closely with TA and managers across the business to understand their needs and provide support with interviews, scheduling, feedback and candidate management.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Experience in a recruitment capacity either as a Resourcer or Consultant
Understanding of what good looks like in a recruitment profile
Curiosity and confidence, someone who is interested to learn about people, and has the confidence to ask the right questions.
Familiarity with Boolean searches and knowledge of how ATS/LinkedIn Recuiter and other systems work.
Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
