About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our National QSR Franchise team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing franchisee relationships, supporting stores in achieving profitability and market leadership, while ensuring alignment with brand strategy and operational standards.

Requirements
- Matric (essential)
- Relevant business qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in the QSR, retail or franchise environment
- At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel regionally
