About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservationist / Booking Agent to join our luxury adventure tours company based in Greater Hoedspruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all bookings and reservations efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
- Manage booking enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and send booking confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client correspondence
- Liaise with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with itinerary planning and provide clients with relevant travel information
- Resolve any booking-related issues promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, travel bookings, or hospitality preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literate and comfortable using booking systems and email
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- R10,000 per month (full-time position)
