In this role, youll step in where needed most supporting consultants during peak seasons, leave, or high-demand periods ensuring our agents and guests experience seamless service from start to finish. Beyond handling bookings and itineraries, youll help raise our quality standards, refine processes, and support the rollout of new workflows that keep us at the forefront of safari travel.
