Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site assessments, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to customer equipment. Act as a product and process specialist, supporting immediate customer needs. Lead application development, product design, and new product introductions. Manage customer, supplier, and vendor relations. Identify new product opportunities and organize transfer meetings with sales, project management, and customers. Participate in project management and contribute to company committees or initiatives. Travel internationally as required. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors degree in science or engineering (Masters or MBA is advantageous). Minimum 5 years working with hydro plant machinery; experience in mechanical or electrical engineering; technical service delivery to customers. Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing/Quality Assurance; expertise in manufacturing, field service, and commissioning; familiarity with on-site machining is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results. Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel internationally.
