About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive Charters to lead and grow our charter sales business across luxury and commercial yachts and ships. Based in Seychelles, you’ll be at the heart of the Indian Ocean yachting scene, working with high-net-worth clients, captains, brokers, and agents from around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for yacht and ship charters
- Prospect and secure new business from individuals, brokers, agents, and tour operators
- Build strong, lasting relationships with captains, ship agents, and clients to ensure repeat bookings and referrals
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service from booking to disembarkation
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and itineraries professionally and efficiently
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marine events both locally and internationally
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor offerings to keep us ahead of the curve
Requirements
- 24 years of proven sales experience in yachting, tourism, hospitality, or maritime services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Solid understanding of yacht charter operations or the maritime industry (preferred)
- A strong network within the Indian Ocean marine or tourism industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with international clientele
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish both written and spoken
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or Tourism Management
