About the Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality engineering solutions, driving best practices, mentoring developers, and contributing to strategic technical initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across identity management and data engineering solutions
- Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance APIs and back-end systems
- Define solution architecture and technical implementations in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders
- Deliver strategic projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Maintain and enhance existing systems while supporting migrations to newer technologies
- Ensure adherence to development standards, coding best practices, and testing methodologies
- Mentor and coach junior developers while facilitating knowledge sharing across teams
- Contribute to Agile delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma with 6 years relevant experience, or 8 years relevant industry experience
- Strong experience in: C# .Net Core, SQL Server, Identity management solutions, REST API development, Entity Framework 6 / Entity Framework Core
- Solid experience writing scalable, high-performance APIs
- Experience configuring and managing identity management solutions
- Strong SQL Server experience including relational database design, complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
- Experience working within SCRUM / Agile environments
