Job Description
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Design and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy, drive bookings, and grow overall revenue
Secure and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, event planners, travel agencies, relocation firms, international organizations, and high-net-worth clients.
Set and track performance targets across sales channels, with an emphasis on long-term, high-value deal
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
Develop and oversee the execution of brand-aligned marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional
Leverage SEO, paid ads, social media, and influencer partnerships to grow visibility and drive traffic
Maintain consistency and strength in brand messaging, ensuring every touchpoint reflects luxury and trust
Business Expansion & Market Growth:
Identify new market opportunities and lead feasibility assessments for entering new cities and acquiring new premium properties to our portfolio.
Build expansion strategies backed by market research, customer behaviour insights, and industry trends
Collaborate with leadership and operations to evaluate property acquisition and partnership deals
Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management:
Build strong networks with real estate developers, corporate leaders, and hospitality industry players
Lead B2B engagement efforts to drive corporate stays, property management contracts, long-term bookings, and event-based collaborations
Represent the company at luxury expos, business conferences, and partnership forums Team
Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead the Sales and Marketing team with clear direction, motivation, and accountability
Analyse KPIs, track marketing ROI, and adjust strategies based on performance and market shifts
Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align on business goals
Requirements:
High school diploma
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands
Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or business travel
Analytical capabilities with proficiency in market intelligence tools and CRM platforms
A strong track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value deals
Experience managing digital marketing, brand campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies
A leadership style that builds, motivates, and aligns high-performing teams
Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presence
Results-driven commercial leader with a proven record in revenue generation
Understand how to balance data with brand storytelling to build desire and convert interest
Lead marketing and sales teams to success in fast-paced, competitive markets
Knowledge of the luxury space from guest experience to corporate partnerships to exclusivity positioning
Strategist and an executor, equally comfortable in boardrooms and campaign meetings
