This 3-month seasonal contract is perfect for therapists with proven expertise in <strong>facials, massages, and body treatments</strong>.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Facials</strong> Deliver professional facials tailored to individual guest needs using luxury products and techniques.</p></li><li><p><strong>Massages</strong> Perform a range of massage therapies (relaxation, deep tissue, aromatherapy, etc.) to the highest professional standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Body Treatments</strong> Provide wraps, scrubs, and other body treatments that meet spa menu standards.</p></li><li><p><strong>Guest Care & Consultation</strong> Assess guest preferences, recommend the best treatments, and ensure an exceptional personalised experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Upselling & Retail</strong> Confidently recommend spa products and additional treatments to enhance wellness outcomes.</p></li><li><p><strong>Hygiene & Operations</strong> Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and follow all opening/closing and hygiene protocols.</p></li><li><p><strong>Service Excellence</strong> Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service at all times.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Matric certificate (Grade 12).</p></li><li><p>Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (<strong>CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent</strong>).</p></li><li><p><strong>Minimum 12 years hands-on experience in facials, massages, and body treatments</strong> (non-negotiable).</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in a <strong>luxury spa or hotel</strong> environment (advantageous).</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Professional, well-groomed, and guest-focused.</p></li><li><p>Must have a <strong>valid South African ID</strong>.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Contract Details</strong></h3><ul><li><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 3 months (November January).</p></li><li><p>Must be fully available for <strong>November, December, and January</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Only applicants with <strong>spa therapy qualifications and treatment experience</strong> will be shortlisted.</p></li><li><p>Recruitment aligns with the companys <strong>Employment Equity Plan</strong>.</p></li></ul><p>Bring your expertise in <strong>facials, massages, and body treatments</strong> to Cape Towns most loved hotel this season.
