About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and organised individual to support spa operations during a busy seasonal period at our luxury hotel in Tokai, Western Cape. As a Seasonal Spa Hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily spa operations, providing excellent guest service, and supporting therapists and management in delivering a high-quality spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs at the spa
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment
- Assist therapists with preparation and guest needs
- Manage bookings, appointments, and treatment schedules
- Provide information on spa treatments and products
- Support the spa team in administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or spa reception/guest services advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (if applicable)
