Job Summary
South Africa, Remote
- Act as the primary interface between the company and senior client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Communicate impactful insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Mediate between teams and clients to ensure mutual understanding.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with account strategies.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Drive strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee the delivery of digital solutions and services.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Inspire teams to proactively address potential issues before they arise.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to evaluate delivery performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Address and resolve service issues or escalations promptly.
- Collaborate with the Managed Services team to optimize reliability and efficiency.
- Identify client business challenges and shape cloud-based solutions.
- Overcome cloud adoption barriers and design tailored digital strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in process automation.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
- Expertise in digital solution design and cloud adoption.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with critical deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- High emotional intelligence to handle conflicts and guide teams.
- Mining and commodity operational improvement.
- Supply chain and logistics digital process improvement (non-ERP solutions).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management, sales leadership, and solution delivery.
- Strong track record in deal origination and selling complex digital solutions.
- Experience working in consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
- Agile or Scrum Certifications
- ITIL Certification
- Exceptional stakeholder management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change.
- Versatility and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
- Deep curiosity and attention to detail regarding digital solutions.
