About the Role

Our client, a premier Oil and Gas EPCM firm recognized for delivering innovative solutions across the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead their financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, maintaining accurate account records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Streamline financial processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Craft and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Assist in budget preparation, allocation, and management to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Produce insightful financial reports to guide strategic decision-making at all levels.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by providing customized financial advice and solutions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align financial strategies with client expectations and needs.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, monitor performance, and assess risks.
Recommend proactive adjustments to financial strategies to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
Ensure all financial strategies and operations align with the company’s long-term goals and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Industry experience in Oil and Gas or EPCM is a strong advantage.
Skills: Proficient in financial management systems and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and collaborate with teams.
