A major financial institution is looking for a Senior Integration Developer who can step into a high-pressure environment and deliver against tight OKRs from day one. No demographic restrictions. They want competence, speed, and someone who knows how to move work forward without handholding.

What You’ll Be Working On:

You’ll take ownership of complex integration deliverables across payments, secure data exchange, and banking file formats. The environment is structured, technical, and expects a senior who knows how to operate independently and translate requirements into working integrations fast.

Core Skills Needed:

You must already be strong in:

• Integration development at senior level
• TPPP / third-party processing exposure (or similar payments integration background)
• Secure SFTP and IBM MQ connectivity
• SOAP / WSDL Web Services using XML
• Parsing and generating:
• XML
• CSV
• Fixed-width TXT
• Exposure to financial statement formats such as:
• SWIFT MT940 / MT942
• Experience integrating with South African banks or similar regulated financial institutions

Bonus / Secondary Skills:

• (Keep these optional but valuable.)
• API development or modern REST-based integration
• Financial payments domain knowledge
• Batch processing experience
• Any exposure to treasury, settlements, or reconciliation flows
