Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager in the Energy storage sector, The Netherlands Job Description 1. Customer & Market Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer project plans and market needs, and convert these needs into actual orders. 2. Channel & Partner Management Develop brand agents and establish local brand sales channels. Expand the sales network by acquiring and developing OEM customers. 3. Market Insight & Research Understand market product standards and demand trends. Conduct regular market research and provide timely feedback on industry dynamics and market information. 4. Internal & External Coordination Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market opportunities into business results. Assist in customer project execution and resolve major after‑sales issues by promoting effective internal solutions to improve customer satisfaction. 5. Sales Execution Conduct business negotiations with customers and maintain stable, long-term customer relationships. Responsible primarily for business development in the industrial, commercial, and energy storage sectors. 6. Other Responsibilities Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements 1. Education & Language Bachelors degree or above. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to use English as the working language. 2. Experience Minimum of 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, especially in: Energy storage systems Photovoltaic products (modules, inverters) Lithium batteries System integration 3. Professional Competencies Proven business development experience in at least one regional new energy market. Familiarity with regional market characteristics and competitive landscape. Ability to work independently with strong analytical and market judgment skills. Strong resilience, execution ability, and professional ethics. Detail‑oriented, rigorous, and highly adaptable with strong learning ability. Job Information Work Environment Location: Netherlands Work Mode: Remote / Work from home with flexible, self-managed working hours Reporting Line: Regional Sales Director Department: Sales Center Team Status: Over 30 employees across 4 global sales centers; over 20 joined in 2025; recruitment ongoing. Global Presence: Sales centers located in Brazil (Latin America), Vietnam/Pakistan (Asia-Pacific), Poland & Netherlands (Western Europe), and Dubai (covering Africa). Mandatory Requirements Bachelors degree Proficiency in English Currently working for a leading, well‑known company in the energy storage industry Core Requirement: Must have an energy storage industry background. PV/solar industry experience may be considered Bonus Qualifications 1. Industry Resources Residential Energy Storage: Mid-high-end residential developers, home decoration companies, large real estate agencies. Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage: Factories, office buildings, business parks, agricultural parks, and other major electricity consumers. Small EPC contractor networks. 2. Skills Ability to independently formulate regional sales strategies. Potential for team building. 3. Achievements Proven sales performance in residential or commercial energy storage in relevant markets. Experience leading market expansion from zero to one. 4. Company Background Currently employed by a target enterprise in the energy storage sector.
