About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Netherlands, focusing on the energy storage sector. As a key member of our international sales center team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers. Your expertise in the new energy industry, particularly in energy storage systems, photovoltaic products, lithium batteries, and system integration, is essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer project plans and market needs, and convert these needs into actual orders
- Conduct business negotiations with customers and maintain stable, long-term customer relationships
- Organize and coordinate internal and external resources to convert market opportunities into business results
- Assist in customer project execution and resolve major after-sales issues by promoting effective internal solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of overseas business experience in the new energy industry, especially in energy storage systems, photovoltaic products (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, system integration
- Proven business development experience in at least one regional new energy market
- Familiarity with regional market characteristics and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to use English as the working language
- Proficiency in English is mandatory

- Basic Salary (EUR 15,00030,000, negotiable)
- Commission Bonus (0.1%4%)
